Taking a look at the origins of Konami’s legendary Ganbare Goemon series with a quick look at Mr. GOEMON for the arcade and Karakuri Douchuu for the Famicom, and a more in-depth look at the MSX2 port of Karakuri Douchuu…as well as a tiny peek into the roots of the two main protagonists of the games.

All music used was taken from the games featured, with additional tracks used from Ganbare Goemon: Yukihime Kyuushutsu Emaki/Legend of the Mystical Ninja, as well as one from the first Ganbare Goemon pachislot machine.
