HP Elite 8300 office PC + GTX 1650 low profile, overpriced or wonderful?

I wanted to see how far my HP Elite 8300 cheap office PC could go. Apparently the GTX 1650 is the best low profile GPU you can get. It is also the closest we got to an entry level GPU from Nvidia this gen. Is the gtx 1650 low profile a worthy addition?
