A page file can help with stability in applications that require a lot of RAM or if you have a small amount of RAM.
For me, this really helps with stability in some emulators. You can prevent a lot of crashes in Yuzu for example if you don’t use a static page file, especially on systems with 4 or 8 GB.
This is a normal feature of Windows (10), so nothing needs to be downloaded!
Older windows versions also support this, but you might find it in a different place.
