Sony: More PS5 Exclusives, PC Releases, Studio Acquisitions. | No PS1/PS2/PS3 Backward Compatibility

Looks like it’s going to be a busy week for PlayStation as we’ve already got a few stories to touch early into the news cycle. Sony released a 2020 corporate report that goes over a bunch of strategies the company will employ for the games & network services devision (as in: PlayStation). That means more exclusives, more PC releases for their first party games, and VR! We also saw Ubisofts support page flat out mention no backwards compatibility for PS1, PS2, or PS3 games – as if that wasn’t surprising. Let’s dissect all this, and get ready for the inevitable onslaught of PS5 news that will HOPEFULLY happen within the next few weeks. Hopefully. Possibly. Maaaaaybe.
