Joy-Con Drift has been a topic of conversation since the Switch released in 2017 with some people experiencing it worse than others. A class action lawsuit was filed earlier this year with the intent on compensation for those affected. Now according to the law firm Nintendo is arguing that Joy-Con Drift is not a real problem and has not caused inconvenience.
