$300 Budget Gaming/Emulation PC Build – Amazing Performance!

In this video we put together a Budget of $309 Gaming, Emulation, Work PC using an older HP office PC with an i5 6500!
This thing actually performs amazingly for 1080P Gaming and even 4K emulation once we add an SSD and a Low profile GTX 1650 GPU.
This setup is using an HP EliteDesk 800 G2 SFF with 8GB of DDR4 and an Intel i5 6500 CPU but an i5 4750 would work just as well.
So if you’ve been looking into building a low-budget Gaming PC that can do PC games at 1080P and Emulators such as Dolphin for Gamecube and Wii at 4K, PS2 using PCSX2 at 1080P, and even CEMU for WiiU I would defiantly look into something like this.
