The kidnapping of Mark Hammond’s son leads him on a journey through London’s criminal underworld as he does jobs for the kidnapper, crime lord Charlie Jolson, in order to clear himself of his wife’s murder. Meanwhile, DCI Frank Carter searches through the empire for answers.

Trivia

This mission chronologically occurs at the same time as several of Mark’s missions. It takes place just after Filthy Business, as McCormack has just been killed. It occurs at the same time as Mark Hammond’s missions; A Touch of Class, The Cowgirl and the Cash and A Cat in a Bag.

It would be a good idea to pick up a shotgun and to keep it until you get to the second floor of the hospital. Once there, find Big Walter, let him come close to you and use the shotgun to kill him much faster than with a pistol. He can barely take two or three shots before dying.

During the shootout in the lockup, one of the Bethnal Mob can be seen shooting at Frank from an inspection pit under a car lift. If you shoot the yellow panels on the left or right post, the lift will instantly drop down and crush him.

While rare, it’s possible for one of the Police Officers in the Hospital to follow Frank, he will actually still follow you even when you leave to the lock-op, getting in your vehicle with you.
