RGH 3.0 has been covered a few times here on the channel from the initial release of it, to tutorials covering all of the compatible motherboards. RGH 3.0 greatly simplifies the hardmodding experience for the Xbox 360, requiring only two wires and a resistor for the Xbox 360 Slim consoles. Element18592, also known by The Mod Shop, created and open sourced a quick solder board shortly after the release of RGH3, to help clean up and make the install process easier for Slim consoles. After doing a few installations using direct wire methods, I finally take the plunge into building some of these QSBs and giving an install a try. Let’s see how to use this QSB, install it, and determine just how much easier this really makes the RGH3 process!
