PS5 JB News Update: Pkg Installer Fixed, 60FPS Patches, Dev Menus & FTP 1.3

PS4 fpkg and PS5 pkgs can now be installed with the package installer, 60 FPS patches for PS4 titles are being ported to PS5 by illusion along with Dev Menu’s and FTP 1.3 adds read/write access to system and system_ex partitions from WebKit.
