How to Switch from StorageMgr to YAMT - SD2Vita YAMT Transition & Setup

YAMT is an excellent plugin for modified PS Vita consoles which allows you to easily configure and manage a replacement storage device. While StorageMgr has been the recommended SD2Vita plugin for quite some time, recently YAMT has succeeded StorageMgr for new configurations. Not only is YAMT easier to configure initially, it also has several quality of life tweaks compared to StorageMgr, most notably with boot times being much faster than on a StorageMgr configuration. This is a HUGE benefit for any SD2Vita user with a large microSD card installed. While a StorageMgr configuration is still certainly fine to use, many current StorageMgr users might be looking for an easy way to transition over to a YAMT setup, which this tutorial has you covered for.

This tutorial assumes you have a Vita console set up with HENkaku or h-encore and have the basic understanding of how to transfer files as well as modify your config.txt file to load plugins through the taiHEN engine.
