How to play Metro Exodus on a low end PC

You fire up the metro exodus benchmark and discover that your low end PC can not hope to run this game. You find this video and decide to destroy the game until you can. Or you just find these things interesting. Who knows. I will be testing this with a Ryzen 3 3200G and Athlon 3000G dual core APU.
