PicoMemcard is an open source project from developer dangiu which emulates an original PlayStation memory card using a Raspberry Pi Pico or RP2040-Zero board. This allows you turn a Pico board into a reliable memory card for the PS1 using the PicoMemcard firmware, a PCB, and an optional 3D printed case with the added ability to easily transfer saves to and from it via USB. This allows for easy reliability without having to chance a third-party memory card, being able to backup old saves you want to keep safe, and even downloading new saves online to use on real PS1 or PS2 hardware!
