After trying out the PicoMemcard project and being able to easily back up my old PS1 memory cards to keep the saves safe on my PC, I wanted to look into the best way to import and export individual saves with a Virtual Memory Card. MemcardRex allows this to be easily done, while supporting a myriad of Virtual Memory Card formats AND individual saves spanning different hardware and emulator configurations. This will step through the process of exporting saves from a Virtual Memory Card, and the process of importing individual saves onto your own Virtual Memory Card. A fantastic solution for real hardware owners with a devices such as a MemCard PRO or PicoMemcard, and of course a great option for PS1 emulators such as ePSXe or DuckStation.
