Is Limited Run Games Really Selling Burned Games?!

Limited Run Games has been known for doing small runs of games across different current generation consoles, however for a few years now they’ve been doing pressings of new AND old games for older consoles. These include the N64, NES, and for this specific example the 3DO. Although many people don’t like the Limited Run Games pre-order structure, long wait times for shipping, or other policies, this situation with D: The Game for 3DO was the biggest surprise I’ve seen come from Limited Run Games. This begs the question: Is Limited Run Games really selling burned games?
